File Preparation
No matter if your work is digital, a scanned image or a physical piece that needs digitalisation. You can count on us to help prepare your work for the highest quality print outcome.
Light:
$5.00 per file
Includes bordering, resizing, colour profile adjustment, straightening and cropping to your desired look.
Detailed File Processing / Retouching:
$25.00 per 15 minutes / $100 per hour (minimum charge of 15 minutes)
For any more advanced editing to the likes of file enlargements, file cleanups, colour adjustments, capture flaws and restoration/conservation.
Print Proofing:
$25.00 per file or complimentary with minimum print order.
Recommended for scans or photographs to make the closest possible print to an original artwork. This is where we make a sample print and fine tune colors as needed. This service is only available for scans and photographs completed in house.
Multiple Images:
If you have multiple images which require "Light" preparation for print they will be charged at $5 per file or $25.00 per 15 minutes. Whichever ends up being less expensive for you.
Scanning:
For the highest quality print of original artwork, it's very important to start with a high-resolution file. We make this possible by using professional, industry-leading and colour calibrated equipment.
All of our scans are captured at a resolution of 600ppi and 16bit for maximum detail.
$25 up to 8.5x11” / $35 up to 11”x17” /$70 up to 24”x30”
Discounted rates are also available for bulk submissions.
Photography:
Starting at $75.00 for pieces larger than 24"x30, A1," or glossy/reflective works not suitable for scanning.
$25 Print Proofing without minimum print order.

Each order is quite unique, so we take a personalised approach with every artist.

Trimming (Included in print cost):
At no additional cost, every piece is hand trimmed to the perfect size by us in-house. This is made
possible by using professional tools for Fine Art papers.
Moab Protective Spray
Spraying gives added protection to dust, UV, moisture, fingerprints, and scuffing along with doubling the
lifespan of your prints.
Print Packaging
Archival & Acid-Free clear bags, Tubes & Flat Pack Mailers.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
Printed at 4”x6” with your custom details and to your paper preference
